Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil in food processor or blender
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add oil and blend until the mixture becomes a thick paste.
- Toss with your favorite pasta
- Top with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast or freshly chopped parsley.
- Serves four to six.
