Ingredients
- 1 package of four veggie burgers
- Four large sandwich rolls
- 2 medium avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced (optional)
- 2 large pickles, sliced (optional)
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced (optional)
- Four leaves of lettuce (optional)
- 1 pound package of frozen french fries
- Condiments
Directions
- Prepare the frozen french fries according to the package directions (these take a while, so you should start them before you begin preparing the veggie burgers).
- Prepare veggie burgers according to package directions (they can usually be fried, baked, grilled or microwaved)
- Put them in the buns, top with avocados, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and condiments (as desired).
- Put a burger and a side of fries on each plate and serve.
- Serves four (as you might have guessed).
